What information do I need to invite guests to book through Gather?
The only thing you need to invite a guest to book through Gather is that guest's email -- really! You don't even need to know their name, let along personal information like their birthdate, loyalty numbers and secure traveler information -- they'll enter that themselves when booking. Of course, you do need to know the dates, time and locations of the event you're inviting the guest too, plus what you'd like them to book and the general policy parameters, but that's easy.

Who can access Gather from my company?
Any of your colleagues who have Administrator privileges in AmTrav can create Gather meetings and invite guest travelers. Further, you can grant colleagues who have Coordinator privileges access to Gather, contact your AmTrav Relationship Manager if you'd like to give any Coordinators access to Gather.
