What information do I need to invite attendees to book through Gather?
The only thing you need to invite an attendee to book through Gather is that attendee's email -- really! You don't even need to know their name, let along personal information like their birthdate, loyalty numbers and secure traveler information -- they'll enter that themselves when booking. Of course, you do need to know the dates, time and locations of the event you're inviting the attendee too, plus what you'd like them to book and the general policy parameters, but that's the easy part.

Who can access Gather from my company?
Any of your colleagues who have Administrator privileges in AmTrav can create Gather meetings and invite travelers. Further, you can grant colleagues who have Coordinator privileges access to Gather; check out these how-to instructions or contact your AmTrav Relationship Manager if you'd like to give your Coordinators access to Gather.

How much does Gather cost?
Gather is priced on a per-trip basis: pay one per-trip fee when each traveler books that covers their flights, hotels and car rentals, plus any changes, cancelations and assistance they need from AmTrav. Sourcing fees for room blocks, event space, airline rates, etc. are an additional charge.
