Where are the fAAres?

Where are the fAAres?

Last April, American Airlines gave the corporate travel market the biggest shock in the last three decades: American removed nearly 40% of their lowest fares from the corporate booking tools that companies across America count on to book their company travel.

AmTrav’s competitors have made little effort to access the lowest fares, so over the past nine months their customers missed at least 47% of the lowest fares and paid an extra 10.5% on American fares.

Meanwhile, from day 1, AmTrav’s thousands of corporate customers have seamlessly booked the same low fares that customers find on AA.com in AmTrav and our mobile app.

And – bonus – since April 2023, AmTrav compared fares between AmTrav and other corporate booking tools* on each of our American bookings.

That's tens of thousands of invaluable and unique data points showing exactly:

  • how often were fares lower on AA.com and in AmTrav
  • how much extra did companies pay without access to the lowest fares
  • and details on fare differences across fare types, cabins and American markets

Today we can share this data with you in one complete package: Get the report.

Now, this report looks at 2023, but what's coming in 2024? Our next webinar on Tuesday, January 30 at 1 PM Eastern looks at what 2024 might hold and how travel programs can prepare. Save your seat today.
