United PassPlus® is United Airlines’ prepaid offer designed for small and midsize corporate customers. In exchange for annual prepayment, PassPlus customers enjoy generous discounts and amenities.

United PassPlus is a prepaid discount program that offers corporate customers percentage discounts off published airfares in exchange for prepayment.
PassPlus provides enhanced discounts on published airfares on United and joint venture partners, ranging from 2% to 10%, depending on the market pair (e.g., domestic, short-haul international) or fare class. PassPlus fares offer the same MileagePlus® earnings and Premier benefits as regular fares but at a discounted rate. When purchasing a ticket, the total amount, including taxes and fees, is automatically deducted from the UATP account linked to your PassPlus program.
PassPlus customers also receive United amenity funds which can be used to redeem travel amenities like United MileagePlus Premier® status, United Club℠ memberships, and access to Economy Plus® and preferred seating.
To qualify for United PassPlus, you must provide documentation for your company (e.g., a business license or articles of incorporation), sign a 1-year PassPlus agreement and prepay at least $50,000 in a single deposit transaction. Deposits can be made via ACH or wire transfer. If needed, you can deposit additional funds over the term of the Agreement; however, additional funds won't earn more amenity funds.

United PerksPlus is a corporate rewards program that earns companies credits that can pay for United perks. PerksPlus users must book travel through a travel agency. United PassPlus is a prepaid program requiring small and midsize corporate or individual customers to prepay annually in exchange for airfare discounts and travel amenities.
The PerksPlus corporate rewards program earns PerksPlus points for companies spending at least $5,000 annually on United. While PerksPlus does not include any discounts on United airfare, PerksPlus points can be redeemed for free tickets, for United MileagePlus Premier status for some of your travelers (which means access to free premium cabin upgrades, free extra-legroom United Economy Plus seats, priority check-in, priority security lanes, priority boarding, free checked bags and more), for United Club memberships for some of your travelers, or converted to MileagePlus points that can be redeemed for United award travel, cabin upgrades, other travel spending and much, much more.
